Afghani, Sheer Yakh, Ice Cream, desserts Procedure
Chill the ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Add the sugar to the milk and stir well until completely dissolved. Add 2 tbs of the ground pistachio and 1 tablespoon of the rosewater. Mix well, then pour into the ice cream maker and freeze, again according to the manufacturer's instructions.
To serve, sprinkle with the remaining flavorings and chopped nuts, and perhaps some qymaq.
